We work very hard to meet the demands of our clients. Much like a doctor's office - we work on "patients" in the order received. We will diagnose your equipment and inform you of any repairs that it may need. If you wish to expedite your project, an additional fee will be assessed. This fee is separate from your project and is not applied to the repair. Our standard turnaround time for diagnostics is 4-5 days (excluding Sundays). The diagnostic fee covers the first 30 minutes of work. If you don't have a contract, and your repair takes more than 30 minutes, we will quote you the balance for repair. If you have our unlimited support plan and need faster service, please let us know.

Devices that have been previously opened or tampered with require extra time and effort for us to diagnose and fix. A $25 charge will be assessed if your device fits in this category. If we find signs of this, we will automatically add the fee to your repair.
We require a credit card to start working on your project. You will be automatically charged when the repair is completed or declined. Hardware is warrantied in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. We start repairs as soon as we get your approval, go-aheads cannot be canceled. Payment is due in full once you approve our quote. Equipment not claimed within 30 days will be disposed. Inactive projects will automatically be closed and charged after 5 days of inactivity. We do not take responsibility for any data loss or downtime. Problems after service must be communicated in writing within 7 days or additional service fees will be assessed. Coupons must be presented when you order service. Shipping charges are responsibility of the client. We do not accept returns or refunds.
