What brands do you service?

We are qualified to handle virtually all brands of machines, both common and uncommon. We not only service computers, but also peripheral devices such as printers, routers, bluetooth devices, and more! If it’s got a microchip in it, we can fix it.


How do I send in my computer for repair?

We offer a mail-in service to extend our electronics expertise to those who are unable to visit our store. Securely pack and cushion your machine using at least 2″ of packing material. We recommend that you insure your machine and ship with a tracking number. Include a prepaid return shipping label (Round Trip) and send to:

Can you retrieve data from a broken or malfunctioning hard drive?

Yes we can! Data loss is very common, and very fixable. Our experts offer a wide range of recovery and retrieval solutions. We can even custom tailor a solution to fit your budget.

How long do repairs usually take?

Diagnostics take a few days depending on how busy we are, although rush service is available. After a client has approved repairs, an additional 24 hours is required for software repairs and hardware repairs as well if parts are in stock. If a repair requires us to order parts, additional time will be needed to acquire hardware from vendors. Each case is unique, and we strive to offer the timely and superb service.
