What brands do you service?

We are qualified to handle all major brands and even the lesser known.  Our skill-set can even be utilized to service equipment outside the realm of computers, including but not limited to printers, gaming consoles (Xbox, PS2, etc.), televisions, monitors, and iPod/iPhones!  Call in or chat with one of our Agents for an assessment.  Diagnostic fees for non-computer equipment may apply.

Are there any fees associated with having my machine diagnosed for repairs?

Most diagnostics are free. There may be diagnostic fees associated with non-computer equipment.  We advise that you call in or chat with an Agent to properly assess your situation.  This will ensure you do not incur additional costs associated with inspecting certain equipment.

How do I send in my computer for repair?

We offer a mail-in service to extend our superb electronics expertise to consumers who may not have the ability to come into our facilities.  Securely prepare your machine using at least 2″ of packing material. We recommend that you insure your machine and ship with a tracking number. Include a prepaid return shipping label (Round Trip) and send to:

Can you retrieve data from a broken or malfunctioning hard drive?

Yes we can! A common issue is the possibility of data loss. Our experts offer a wide range of recovery and retrieval solutions. We can even custom tailor a solution to fit your budget. Call in or chat with an Agent to see how we can solve your data issues. Important: there is a non-refundable $75 diagnostic fee before assessment which will go towards total recovery if accepted.

How long do repairs usually take?

Diagnostics take 24-48 hours from arrival. After a client has approved repairs, an additional 24 hours is required for software repairs and hardware repairs as well if parts are in stock. For repairs requiring ordering of parts, additional time will be needed to acquire hardware from vendors. Each case is unique and we strive to offer the timely and superb service.

I am unable to come into the shop, Is it possible for someone to come to my home or office to diagnose my machine?

Absolutely.  Get Started, Call in or chat with an Agent to schedule for a free on-site or remote evaluation.

How do you bill?

We provide onsite or in/store diagnostic and quote a flat price (parts and labor) for all of our repairs and projects.  This means that all the research, technical analysis, diagnostics, and parts availability research is done BEFORE you commit to proceeding on a project.  We figure out EXACTLY what is required to fix your computer and explain the project before you sign off.  If your project is not in line with your budget, there is NO obligation.  Compare us to the competition that charges by the hour and takes their time while the clock is ticking!
